Legal
Privacy
This notice covers the AuthoMate website. Processing that happens inside a commissioned production engagement is governed by the mutual non-disclosure agreement and the written order for that title, not by this page.
What this website collects
One thing: what you type into the scoping-call form on the Start with one title page. That is your name, your publishing house if you give it, your work email, your phone number if you give it, an indication of how many titles you produce a year, and any note you write about the title you have in mind.
The site sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics or advertising script, and embeds no social or tracking pixel. Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than a font network, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to a third party. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, for operational and security purposes.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a scoping call. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the basis is your consent, given by submitting the form for that stated purpose. We do not use enquiry data for anything else, and we do not send marketing email.
Who it is shared with
Nobody outside Velomora Authomate Private Limited. Enquiry data is not sold, rented, shared with data brokers, or used to build an advertising profile. It is handled by the founders who reply to enquiries, and passes through our email and hosting providers only to the extent that any email does.
How long it is kept
An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within twenty-four months. An enquiry that becomes a commission is retained for the life of that engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and contract records require. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Cookies and consent
The site sets no cookies of its own. If that ever changes — for example, if a measurement tool is added — this page will say so before it is switched on, and consent will be asked for rather than assumed.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to authomate.ai@gmail.com with “Privacy” in the subject line and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response, the Act gives you a route of complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, sets a content security policy that blocks third-party scripts, and rate-limits form submissions. No system is perfect; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting enquiry data, we will notify the people affected and the Board as the Act requires.
