Use of this website

This site is published by Velomora Authomate Private Limited. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other readers, attempt to access parts of it that are not published, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages to the addresses shown on it.

Pricing on this site is indicative, not an offer

The figures published on the Pricing page — including the first title rate, single-title and programme rates, and anything produced by the cost comparison on that page — are indicative estimates for a standard 180–240 page interior. They are an invitation to discuss a commission. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this website forms a contract.

The cost comparison is a calculator operating on numbers you supply. Its output is an illustration, not a quotation or a projection of your costs.

The binding terms are the written order

Scope, fee, delivery date, review windows, the delivery commitment and the liability cap are fixed in a written order signed by both parties after a scoping call. Where anything on this website differs from that order, the order governs. We recommend your legal team reviews it before signature.

Accuracy

We take care with the figures and sources cited here and label projections as projections. Third-party benchmarks, policy references and industry figures are cited where used, and are the responsibility of their publishers. This site is provided without warranty as to uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property in site content

The text, diagrams, layout, typographic system and the AuthoMate name and marks on this site belong to Velomora Authomate Private Limited. IBM Plex is used under the SIL Open Font Licence. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; systematic reproduction needs our written permission.

None of this affects ownership of work delivered under a commission. Copyright in everything produced for a publisher assigns to that publisher on final payment, as set out in the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
